Operation procedure of canvas and nylon conveyor belt joint (cold vulcanization joint)
1.把胶带按实际尺寸，加上接头长度断开，认清上下面，把输送带的端部用弹线正确划出胶带连接中心线。（用直角横向线验证中心线是否正确）并画出切割尺寸线
1. Disconnect the tape according to the actual size and the length of the joint, recognize the upper and lower parts, and mark the end of the conveyor belt with the snap line to correctly mark the belt connection center line. (verify the center line is correct with a right angle transverse line) and draw the cutting dimension line
2.下部胶带的准备工作：胶带两端互相搭接时要使上部胶带与运行方向一致，标出上部胶带和下部胶带的记号。
2. Preparation of lower tape: when two ends of the tape are overlapped, make the upper tape consistent with the running direction, and mark the upper tape and the lower tape.
1)在胶带端部画一条角度为90度的CB直线，按胶带宽度×0.3=约16度划斜切线
1) draw a CB straight line with an angle of 90 degrees at the end of the tape, and draw an oblique tangent line according to the tape width × 0.3 = about 16 degrees.
2)在空段(底边)距胶带30mm处划一条与斜切线平行的直线，保留此胶带边缘，并做标记。将所标记的30mm宽胶带条用刀切入开槽并撕去其盖胶层部分。
2) draw a straight line parallel to the inclined tangent line at the place 30mm from the empty section (bottom edge) to the belt, keep the edge of the belt and make a mark. Cut the marked 30mm wide tape strip into the slot with a knife and tear off the part of its cover.
