带芯层数的选择

带芯层数对输送机带轮直径有较严的要求，带轮直径过小，输送带经过带轮转向时的屈挠增大，覆盖胶疲劳磨损增加，骨架材料、芯层胶料、覆盖胶的疲劳程度也增大，输送带使用寿命缩短。
The number of layers of the belt core has strict requirements on the diameter of the belt wheel of the conveyor. The diameter of the belt wheel is too small, the bending of the conveyor belt when it passes the belt wheel steering increases, the fatigue wear of the covering rubber increases, the fatigue degree of the framework material, the core layer rubber material and the covering rubber also increases, and the service life of the conveyor belt shortens.
通常带轮直径D有如下要求：

棉帆布带 D≥80s
Cotton canvas belt D ≥ 80s
尼龙带 D≥90s
Nylon belt D ≥ 90s
EP带 D≥108s
EP band D ≥ 108s
钢丝绳芯带 D≥145s 单位：mm s：带芯厚度或钢丝绳直径
Wire rope core belt D ≥ 145s unit: mm s: core thickness or wire rope diameter
如果带轮直径较小且无法改变，可选用强度等级较高的骨架材料
If the pulley diameter is small and cannot be changed, the skeleton material with higher strength grade can be selected.
作为带芯，以减小带芯帆布的层数，使输送带与带轮能够配合的比较好。
As a belt core, to reduce the number of layers of canvas with core, so that the conveyor belt and pulley can cooperate better.
一般情况下，输送带带芯层数不要超过6层、EP输送带不要超过5层。
