1、利用防止跑偏的托辊，输送带的跑偏是造成输送带刷边的主要原因。为此，建议大家在原有输送机机架的基础上每隔10架就装2个放跑偏的托辊，这样能从根源上杜绝输送带刷边。

2、改变原有托辊的形状，一般输送机使用的托辊是端面和托辊表面形成直角形，锋利的直角边缘在托辊转动不灵活的时候会导致输送带承受向下弯曲的力，托辊就会像一把锋利的刀子将输送带撕裂。为了避免这个问题，建议大家使用圆弧形托辊，能够使输送带在两串托辊之间形成弯曲，不会造成输送带损坏，能够从根本上防止阻燃输送带的纵向撕裂。
2. Change the shape of the original idler. Generally, the end face and the surface of the idler form a right angle. The sharp right angle edge will cause the conveyor belt to bear the downward bending force when the idler is not flexible, and the idler will tear the conveyor belt like a sharp knife. In order to avoid this problem, it is recommended to use arc shaped idlers, which can make the conveyor belt bend between two series of idlers, will not cause damage to the conveyor belt, and can fundamentally prevent the longitudinal tearing of the flame-retardant conveyor belt.
