擦胶
Third type: rubbers
输送带擦胶的主要作用是将带芯帆布层粘合成一个整体。要求对带芯材料有良好的粘合性能(布与布之间的附着强度不低于4.5N/mm),耐疲劳(布层屈挠次数≥2.5万次/全剥),并且要有足够的可塑性(可塑度0.5~0.6)和抗焦烧等工艺性能。
The main function of rubber rubbing of conveyor belt is to glue the canvas layer with core into a whole. It is required to have good adhesion performance (the adhesion strength between cloth and cloth shall not be less than 4.5n/mm), fatigue resistance (the number of cloth layer flexure ≥ 25000 times / full peeling), and sufficient plasticity (plasticity 0.5-0.6) and scorch resistance and other technological properties.
生胶
Fourth: raw rubber
以天然橡胶为主,并用20~30质量份丁苯橡胶,含胶率50%左右。硫化体系同一般的硫磺、促进剂体系。促进剂一般采用M和DM并用,或加入少量的TMTD,以加快硫化速度,但要注意防止胶料焦烧。炭黑应选用半补强炭黑或其他软质炭黑,用量10质量份左右。掺用丁苯橡胶的擦胶应适当增加古马隆树脂和石油树脂的用量,否则会降低布层的附着力。
It is mainly composed of natural rubber and 20-30 parts of SBR with rubber content of about 50%. The vulcanization system is the same as the general sulfur and accelerator system. Generally, m and DM are used together, or a small amount of TMTD is added to accelerate the curing speed, but attention shall be paid to prevent burning of rubber. Carbon black shall be semi reinforced carbon black or other soft carbon black with the amount of about 10 parts by mass. The amount of gumalon resin and petroleum resin should be increased properly for the rubbers mixed with SBR, otherwise the adhesion of cloth layer will be reduced.
