PVG阻燃输送带三种常见损伤类型产生原因
★局部磨损(表皮损伤):PVG阻燃输送带都极易出现此类损伤,主要原因为皮带机转载处、导料槽挡皮及损坏的托辊及清扫器等部位容易卡住较大的物料块,输送带运转起来,就会造成局部的过度磨损。卸车机、火车受料槽PVG阻燃输送带输送带因导料槽较长,导料槽挡皮与输送带接触造成输送带胶面快速磨损,发生过局部磨至数层线,而其他部位胶面还较好的情况。
★ local wear (skin damage): PVG flame-retardant conveyor belt is prone to such damage, the main reason is that the transfer part of the belt conveyor, the guide groove, the damaged idler and cleaner are easy to block large blocks of materials, and when the conveyor belt is running, it will cause local excessive wear. The rubber surface of PVG flame retardant conveyor belt of unloading machine and train receiving trough is worn rapidly due to the long guide trough and the contact between the guide trough retaining skin and the conveyor belt, and the rubber surface of other parts is also in good condition.
★局部破损(贯通伤):在PVG阻燃输送带在接受物料时,常有较大的石块、较尖的物料夹杂在输送物料中,这些物料住转接处因为缓冲不够,以较大的冲击力撞破输送带,形成局部窟窿,特别是在落料较高的转运站,如果物料中夹杂了尖锐物体,极易划破PVG阻燃输送带,造成大面积撕裂。
★ local damage (through injury): when PVG flame-retardant conveyor belt receives materials, there are usually large stones and sharp materials mixed in the conveying materials. Because the buffer of these materials at the junction is not enough, they break the conveyor belt with a large impact force, forming local holes, especially in the transfer station with high blanking. If there are sharp objects in the materials, it is easy to break the PVG flame-retardant transport Belt feeding, causing a large area of tear.
★胶接部位损伤:PVG阻燃输送带的胶接部位往往成为输送带使用的易损坏部位,成为输送带的薄弱点,因胶接部位为胶带安装时重新搭接硫化而成。接头部位处理不好,硫化工艺规范等容易造成过早的磨损、开胶、开裂、起皮等现象。如果不及时处理,接头部位损伤劣化速度较快,极易造成伤痕扩大,造成PVG阻燃输送带寿命缩短,甚至会造成输送带的断裂。
★ damage of bonding part: the bonding part of PVG flame-retardant conveyor belt often becomes the vulnerable part of the conveyor belt and the weak point of the conveyor belt, because the bonding part is formed by re lapping and vulcanization when the belt is installed. If the joint is not treated well and the vulcanization process is standardized, it is easy to cause premature wear, gluing, cracking, peeling and other phenomena. If it is not treated in time, the damage and degradation speed of the joint is faster, which is easy to cause the expansion of the scar, shorten the service life of the PVG flame retardant conveyor belt, and even cause the fracture of the conveyor belt.
