| 整芯阻燃输送带是由整体带芯经聚氯乙烯浸渍糊浸渍塑化或硫化后做成，具有强度大、运量大、运输平衡等特点，同时该产品具备良好的阻燃、抗静电、抗冲击、耐磨损、耐腐蚀等性能。本产品主要适用于煤矿的井下运输，也可用于冶金、化工行业的物料运输。整芯阻燃输送带可分为PVC型和PVG型。 PVC型上下覆盖层均为PVC盖胶，单面胶≥0.8mm，PVG型上下覆盖层均为丁腈橡胶和PVC并用，单面厚为1.5mm-4.5mm。PVC输送带运输倾角 <16o,PVG型输送带运输倾角 <20o，均可用于煤矿井上、井下运输 .整芯阻燃输送带主要用于煤矿井下。该带特点：带体不脱层，伸长小，抗冲击，耐撕裂。按结不同可以分为PVC型（塑料面），PVG型（在PVC基础上加附橡胶面）整芯阻燃带，执行MT/914-2002标准。○PVC型适用于16度以下倾角的干燥条件下的物料输送。 The whole core flame retardant conveyer belt is made of polyvinyl chloride impregnated paste, dipped or plasticized or vulcanized, and has the characteristics of high strength, large volume and transportation balance.
