| 骨架材料是按钢丝绳芯输送带的强度规格而选用不同直径、不同结构的钢丝绳。目前，钢丝绳芯输送带的钢丝绳有镀铜、镀锌两种，由于镀铜钢丝绳容易锈蚀，使钢丝绳芯输送带的使用寿命缩短。因此，选用镀锌钢丝绳作骨架材料。输送带用钢丝绳的结构按标准有6×7+IWS、6×19+ IWS、6×19W+IWS3种。 The skeleton material is the steel wire rope with different diameters and structures according to the strength specifications of the steel wire core conveyor belt. At present, there are two kinds of steel rope for steel cord conveyor belt: copper-plated and zinc-plated. Because copper-plated steel rope is easy to rust, the service life of steel cord conveyor belt is shortened. Therefore, galvanized steel wire rope is selected as skeleton material. The structure of steel wire rope for conveyor belt is 6*7+IWS, 6*19+IWS and 6*19W+IWS according to the standard. |
